First, I want to say that I love Korea and the Korean people. Everything that I write about is what I experienced and observed while I was visiting South Korea. Many things that I saw were different from what I am used to. None of these things are better or worse than what I see in America. They are only different. Anyone who travels to South Korea will see and experience things differently from what I did. Even my next trip will be different from my first.

Also, I only know a few words of Korean. I can read and write, but I usually have no idea what it says. I use an internet translator to provide the Korean translation of the things that I write about on this blog. I am positive that the poor grammar and incorrect words is apparent to anyone that is fluent in Korean. I am also sure that some sentences will be exactly the opposite of what I am trying to say. However, I think that the wording is close enough to get a general idea of what I am trying to say.

I am writing this post again because I want to make sure that no one is offended or confused by what I am writing. I started translating my blog for my Korean friend that I visited in South Korea. It was a simple way for us to communicate and post photos. I have decided to keep up with the Korean translation because of my love for Korea. I hope that I continue to visit South Korea every year. On a daily basis, at least 1/2 to 3/4 of my readers are from South Korea. I am sure that some future visitors to South Korea will find this blog. I hope that the lessons that I learned will help them with their trip planning.
