I am using carpenter's glue to join the plaster pieces together. I tried using plaster, but it set up too fast. I couldn't get the plaster pieces aligned fast enough. I was told that the carpenter's glue would hold up to the moisture better than most glues.

I am sure that there are bowl molds at some ceramic supply store, somewhere. I couldn't find any that were shaped like these 6 inch bowl molds. It took me longer to make these molds than I thought it would. Still, it was sort of fun. The molds are unique and will be my first step in hand building some pottery in the Korean style.
