This bell shaped pot was wood fired for 3 days in a train kiln. The clay body is one that we make at Northern Arizona University. It has 65% Helmar Kaolin in it. It will fire a beautiful red or orange in the right conditions. It also likes to form crystals on its surface. It is a great clay body to throw and handbuild with. I like it a lot.
