This bottle was placed towards the back of a wood fired kiln. It has areas of flashing and areas of a light natural ash glaze. Many potters who are new to woodfiring are hesitant to place their pots in the back of the wood kiln. However, this is a good place for glazed pots and also for beautiful flashed pots. While this is not my style, I like this pot.
