Tara Wilson, Part 1- Woodfirer 타라 윌슨, 1 부 - 우드 화재 포터

Tara Wilson led a workshop for my first woodfiring experience. It was with her help that I found one of the activities that I truly love, woodfiring pottery. I would like to thank Tara for sharing her knowledge and experiences.

Tara worked very hard making the workshop a success. I can't remember what happened, but here is a picture of her climbing out of the Archie Bray anagama. For some reason, she had to climb through the stoke hole to repair something in the kiln.

The workshop lasted 10 days, I think. We had a really good group. Most of us had no woodfiring experience. Still, we produced some of the best work that I have ever seen.

Tara is one of the best woodfirers around. She is still young, I'm sure she will continue to get better.

I love the pots that Tara makes. She puts a lot of thought into every detail. She also works very carefully. She is not a high volume potter. However, she is a high quality potter.
