This is Neil. He was one of the local potters that lived close to the site of the Mascabal woodfire workshop that was held this year in Brenham, Texas. Neil is really fun to share time with. Neil thought it would be a good idea to use aluminum foil to protect his face from the heat coming from the noborigama. Perhaps he forgot about the chicken meat that we wrapped in aluminum foil and cooked on the grill an hour before he tried this. Fortunately, he didn't burn himself. ACCIDENT!!!
