This is my favorite Korean app for my Ipod. Not only that, it is my favorite app period! The name of the app is "A Long Time Ago". It is a collection of Korean folk tales. They are similar to tales that are familiar to people in the United States and around the world. A lot of us heard or read stories like "The Three Little Pigs", Jack And The Beanstalk", "Little Red Riding Hood", and countless others.
These folk tales give some insight into the culture of the Korean people and the personal qualities that they hold dear. A lot of the tales teach the same lessons that I learned from the stories that I am familiar work. Hard work, honesty, faithfulness are just a few of the lessons that these Korean folk tales teach. I feel that this app is well worth the $6 price.
