South Korean Adoptees 대한민국 입양

While in South Korea, I met two people who were adopted by Americans when they were infants. On my airplane trip to Seoul, there were about 30 young kids who were wearing tshirts that said "Adopted Korean Child Chorus". My guess was that were selected to sing at some ceremony honoring the adoption process. The two people that I met in Seoul were both with their adopted white American parents. They had perfect English accents. They told me that they had made the trip to experience the culture of their birth. I personally know 2 sisters that were adopted from Korea when they were infants. Both of them were in one of my Korean language classes. They both travelled to South Korea. I find all of their trips back to South Korea to be both wonderful and touching.
