Morning Muffin And Coffee In Seoul 서울에는 커피와 아침 머핀

I like to get up early, even when I am on vacation. In America, I have an almost unlimited number of places to eat breakfast or find coffee before 6 in the morning where I live. That is not the case in South Korea. Even the coffee shops wait until at least 10 to open. This is a little coffee shop on the edge of Honkik University in Hongdae. I think they are probably open all night to provide caffeine to the students who are up late preparing for class. Also, they provide caffeine to those who need to sober up a bit after a hard night of drinking. I saw a lot of young kids that probably had a little too much fun the night before. It was fairly humorous to watch since I don't drink.

While the little coffee shop only had coffee and muffins, that was all that I needed. I mostly drink iced tea and hardly ever drink coffee. Iced tea is not as readily available in South Korea. So, I switched to frozen coffee. I became really fond of it while I was there. So this particular morning, I had a frozen coffee and a chocolate chip muffin. It was delicious.
