Small Wood Fired Shino Bottle 작은 나무 매단 병 해

I don't glaze many of the pots that I wood fire. This pot was glazed with a shino. I'm not sure which one though. The pot was fired in the anagama at the Archie Bray Foundation. Liz, Candice, and Tara are pictured inside the kiln. The photo was taken after a long, tiring workshop. Everyone was was happy that the hard work was over and everyone was having a fun time. I like this photo.

The bottle has a really nice surface. I probably should use some shino glazes in the future. The side facing the fire box has a nice glaze drip. There is also a little carbon trapping and some crystal growth.
