After the art college tour, we attended a folk festival. There was a dance stage and a drumming stage. There were also some other activity areas. The place that this was held was beautiful. You really felt that you were in the open country attending a town festival. The name of the festival was the 11th CIOFF Asian and Oceanian Folklore Festival. It was held in Anseong. There was entertainment groups from all over the world. Most of the groups were from South Korea. I really enjoyed watching the children dance and drum. South Korea is very proud of its history and culture. It really shows through when you attend an event like this.
