The vegetables that they grow are amazing. The gardens are very efficient and produce a lot of food. I am not sure if you allowed to just garden anywhere you want or if you have to pay the government for that right. I think that since there is such a lack of place to grow quality produce that the areas are free to garden by anyone who has the time.
