This hotel was near my friend's apartment. but it wasn't near anything else. I would stay in another hotel that was closer to transportation and places to eat. However, I was getting in late and leaving early, so that really didn't matter at the time.
Like all Korean dwellings, there is always a place to leave your shoes and put on a pair of slippers. In all of the days that I stayed in hotels, I might have done this once or twice. I could not remember to do it. Also, the slippers were way to small for my big feet.

After entering, you place your room key in a special slot and the electricity will work in your room. I guess there is a magnet in the key holder that completes the circuit. This does make sure that you are keeping everything turned off when you leave the room.

The light switch in this room was unique. I have never seen another one like it. Instead of pushing a button, you slide your fingers over some metal buttons. It took me awhile to figure it out, but it really wasn't complicated, it was just new to me.

There was nothing special about the bed. It was just a bed. The sheets did appear to be clean though. All of the beds that I slept on in Korea were very firm, maybe even hard. I like that, but you may feel differently.

The lovely bathroom had plenty of colorful plastic. I'm guessing that bathrooms look different in expensive hotels. Since I don't need an expensive hotel, I am just fine with this. Here is the toilet. I assume it is also called a bidet. I wouldn't start pushing buttons unless I was prepared for a surprise. The flush bottom is on the side of the water tank. The toilet paper was not of the best quality. I brought a few rolls from the United States, so I didn't have to use any tissue that appeared rough.

Here are the controls for the toilet. I can't give you any information on how to use it. I would either leave it alone or if you are adventurous, see is you can figure out the buttons. The worst that is going to happen is part of you are going to get wet. I think there is supposed to be an air blower that can fix that though.

After your shower there is a nice robe to put on. Usually, there are 2 robes in every room. I have plenty of clothes, so I didn't try it on. I'm sure it wouldn't have fit any way. I am a lot bigger than most Koreans. If you are wearing your robe, you might as well war the bath slippers. If you took a shower you will definitely need them. I tried to wear them, but they were too small.
