There were at least a dozen places that rented bicycles and mopeds in Gyeongju. If I had stayed one more day, I would have rented a moped. I am not sure about the cost, though I did see several people who were renting some transportation. You can see the moped and bicycle rental shops from the bus station. It is probably a 5 or 10 minute walk to the area.
