Busan- Ace Motel 부산 에이스 모텔

I visited Busan during the Busan International Film Festival. Almost every hotel room room in Busan was filled. I had read about the Ellyse Hotel in one of the travel books. The price was good and I liked the location near Jalgachi Market. Unfortunately, when I got to the hotel I found out it was booked. I had no idea where I was going to stay. The owner of the Ellyse Hotel, Sanho, made a quick call and said come with me. He grabbed my luggage and I found it almost impossible to keep up with him. We walked for about 10 to 15 minutes and we went into the Ace Motel. He told me to look at the room and if I liked it, he would help me get a good deal. I found the room had a bed, bath, and the area was safe. Sanho told me the room would be less than $35 US. I couldn't believe my luck at finding a hotel room during the busy festival and at a good price. Sanho told me to come by the hotel after I got settled in and he would get me a map and show me the best restaurants and places to shop. He probably spent 45 minutes showing me the best places in Busan on my map. I am so happy to have met Sanho. I will definitely be staying at his Ellyse Hotel when I go back to Busan.
