Houston: 1/9/16 Photos Baldwin Park Graffit Wall

Across the street from Baldwin Park there is a wall that is painted with some very high quality street art. I think that this wall is periodically painted over and new paintings are added. My search of the internet pulls up much different images than these. There is some type of implied permission it seems. It is definitely worth a visit in conjuction with the park.
